Our Soups are the selection of Legumes and Cereals coming from controlled supply chains, and from the fusion between ancient flavours and rural traditions. A mix of textures and colours intertwined together in a variety of combinations with unique nutritional and organoleptic characteristics.

Each Soup has been created by our research and development team selecting rustic flavours, ancestral foods and highly digestible products so that choosing the taste would not have to mean giving up to well-being. The simple ingredients of each selection can be enjoyed as a single dish, natural or flavoured only with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil or in combination with the vegetables of your choice.

Each mix also guarantees a good supply of nutrients necessary for proper functioning of the body, such as fibres, proteins and carbohydrates.

Some of our mixes are available 100% gluten-free.

FARRO & CHESTNUT SOUP

A soup that recalls ancient flavours and peasant traditions, with a delicate taste and low sapidity. The simple ingredients make this soup a whole dish, whose texture, given by the farro, combines perfectly with the creaminess of the chestnuts.

This soup does not need soaking, has quick cooking and combines the unique flavour of the vegetables with the more classic taste of barley. It is a complete preparation, to which you only need to add a little salt and a few drops of extra virgin olive oil.

The selection of these five cereal grains presents a delicate flavour and can be served simply seasoned by a few drops of extra virgin olive oil.
